Smooth process and positive experience

Very smooth process, liked the fact this was a mutual society and a historical presence in the mortgage market. Staff were very helpful, I had to call for some advice and found they answered the phone quickly, had the answer I needed and were very easy to communicate with, that's a big positive for me.
