Very impressed with cash ISA transfer in

I've been so impressed with the smooth transfer of my cash ISA to Saffron Building Society from another provider. It was very easy to open an account online and they kept me up-to-date with every stage of the process. When I wanted to ask a question I was able to phone and get through straight away to a member of staff who was knowledgeable and able to provide advice on my query. I am able to log on easily and look at my account online. This is a breath of fresh air compared to my previous provider who didn't have any phone access and locked me out of my account for no reason every time I tried to sign in. I feel much happier now with my money in a traditional building society with real people and branches. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2025
