Not totally happy but the price isn't extortionate

I felt I was being pushed into an annual policy rather than being offered a one-trip with an option for a one-year cover. I've also no idea why I wasn't offered the bronze service, you said it wasn't available to me but didn't explain why. Another point - maybe I missed it but I would have liked to have saved the quote and returned to it after trying another company. At no point did I see that option which I thought was less than ideal service. Finally you ask my rating for customer service but as one does not experience customer service when completing an online questionnaire I've been generous and given a Neutral response.
