10/10 process for DRO application

Really easy to go through the website and apply for DRO. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been really friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Process was really quick and I was updated through email and text throughout whole process. Information was easy to upload and could use different formats which was helpful as some information was just screenshots whilst some was saved to files. When I had to call I managed to get straight through and talk to someone who was very helpful. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2025
