Very Professional and Superb Service

I had a little accident which burst a front tyre. This caused some minor damage to the underside of my car. I called One Call Insurance, reported the problem and a breakdown truck arrived within a very acceptable time. They took me and my car to my house and arranged for another breakdown truck to pick my car up and delivered to a repair shop. I also got a courtesy car. The repair was carried out in a timely manner. The whole process was handled very professionally. I was delighted and would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Fantastic Service & Communication

I've had to call for their assistance a couple of times. I had a minor accident and they sent a truck to pick up my car and take it to one of their associate repair centre. I got my courtesy car right away. Everything went so smoothly. I could not find fault on anything. They were so professional. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

I had an minor accident a few years ago.

I had an minor accident a few years ago. I phoned them and had a breakdown vehicle within 30 minutes. Thereafter everything went like clockwork. My car was taken to a garage for repair and I picked up my courtesy car. All in all they were fantastic. Reviewed on: 8th October 2025

They are quick to respond.
