Superb Customer Service

Spoke with Les this afternoon. An excellent customer service experience! Les was polite, helpful and extremely efficient. He also had a lovely manner and came across as very personable! He really made me feel at ease and confident about choosing Collingwood. Explanations and information were clear and concise. Very professional. There were no added sales pressures or advertising of extras. Just straight forward quality customer service from start to finish.
