Was directed to this company from Step change to complete my DRO. The process was easy and done for the majority via Email and text. Info was easy to upload onto the portal. Then I had a final phone call to clarify the information uploaded and explain the next steps. The whole process from the start to being granted the DRO has taken 5 days. Was made to feel at ease and treated with respect, going for the DRO was something I'd put off for a while purely due to the embarrassment of the situation I'd found myself in. The cost of living crisis and ill health, loss of earnings etc had all contributed to escalating debt and I could see no way out. Moneywellness and stepchange have both been fantastic and I highly recommend them to see what is the best solution for anyone struggling. Reviewed on: 6th August 2025
