I've been with morethan for 8 years I recently lost my dog through a brain tumour she needed medication throughout her illness and various vet visits my claim went in and in 2 weeks they've sent the same email over and over asking for more information my vets have sent her whole medical history over to them three times.they are totally incompetent and unprofessional I would definitely not recommend them to anyone .
