They cancelled my policy by mistake and cannot fix it

I changed my policy to remove a pet who had died. They accidetnally cancelled the policy for 2 other pets. They spotted this and agreed to reinstate the policy. 2 months and hours of phone calls later I have now insured my pets elsewhere. Their staff are freindly but cannot acheive anything. Everything has to be escalated to managers who never respond to anything including formal complaints. Good cover when it works but when they mess up you are screwed. This means I have lost lifetime cover for a condition with one pet. Look elsewhere Reviewed on: 7th August 2025
