Easy to pay for, but a nightmare to claim.

You made it very difficult for my wife to claim on my behalf. I was ill on holiday and my wife laid out for a doctor visit to my hotel and antibiotics. The hassle she went through trying to claim this back was a joke. It is AllClear, Zurich or someone else to go to. Not strait forward at all. Reviewed on: 10th October 2025

Easy to set up, but too many hoops to claim. I was ill, so my wife had to deal with the claim. She was given incorrect information as to who to contact to make the claim. It’s not AllClear you’re dealing with. It’s a subsidiary of Zurich. After the £75 excess, the claim was for £75 to cover the cost of the Dr to attend to me in the hotel. It was so complicated.
