Great travel insurance

You only really know if your travel insurance is good if you need to make a claim. Unfortunately I recently had to cancel my holiday to Italy because I broke my ankle. I was hugely disappointed and realised I would have to make a claim on my insurance to recover my costs. The online claim process was really easy and after uploading all the documents requested I received a settlement 7 days after submitting my claim which I think it pretty impressive. The right level of cover is important to me

I have a few medical issues so to make sure I got the correct cover for my trip to Italy I decided to speak to a consultant. A lovely, helpful lady called Jackie helped take me through the process and she was patient and took the time to make sure that my policy suited my needs. I was not put under any pressure but I was happy with the quote I was given and accepted it. I now have peace of mind to go and enjoy my holiday knowing that, should the worst happen, I’m covered.
