Churchill claims are a JOKE.

Churchill claims are a JOKE. Ai they use is useless. they paid out after 3 months and was told that a travel policy I claimed for 350 wouldn't effect this claim and it would cover the excess that they asked me to pay at the start of the claim. they decided to deduct it in the end. and the 4100 claim I received only 2725. disgusting how they treat long term customers.
