I really like the fact that my insurance premiums benefit from my working habits and lifestyle as someone who doesn’t drive huge numbers of miles. I am a careful driver so having the in car monitor installed doesn’t bother me at all. I also really like the app, everything you need in one place and changes to policy etc are very easy to do within the app. This is my third year with By Miles and their pricing is competitive so I’m very happy to stay.
