Made a claim in July for a broken tailbone (Chronic Pain), and keep trying to contact them but took me days to get a phone number and longer to get an email. There has been no action on my claim and no contact from them. messaged them using the chat, but I have to leave my desk and by the time I come back they have closed the chat and all the information. I have emailed them for an update multiple times and 0 response. I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy. There is 0 care and seem to actually put up barriers to make any progress in any form of claim. Reviewed on: 14th August 2025
