Water Leak to new kitchen..

In 2024 we had a serious water leak whilst we were away which brought down the kitchen ceiling. Assessments and renovation work was very quickly underway . Finding alternative accommodation took a bit longer as my husband was recovering from a broken leg. But all in all we were well satisfied with the care and understanding we received. My husband fell and fractured his neck of femur whil...

My husband fell and fractured his neck of femur whilst we were on holiday in France. Saga arranged for our journey home and covered the medical expenses over there. All arrangements were quickly made and the paramedics who came and collected us from Poitiers Hospital were brilliant. Kind, caring and professional. My husband fell and fractured his neck of femur whilst we were on holiday in France. He spent almost 3 weeks in hospital in Poitiers and required an operation. we were collected from the hospital by a wonderful paramedic crew from Medicare and taken to Dorchester Hospital.
