Excellent bank

I swapped to metro bank from santander 5 years ago when my local branch shut down. I wanted a bank that I could get to see as I work away Monday till Friday. And it's the best thing I ever did. Can go anytime on a weekend to sort anything out and fraud team are outstanding as I had my card cloned and they phoned me to tell me before I had even left the store where it happened.
