By Miles are really flexible, easy to contact

By Miles are really flexible, easy to contact and always friendly and helpful. I have had a few email conversations and my requests and queries have been dealt with swiftly and satisfactorily. The little 'black box' not only tracks my miles but tells me where the car is parked - this has been very helpful on a couple of occasions! Also there is a diagnostic tool on it which can tell me if there is something wrong with the car. Reviewed on: 17th August 2025
