Don't think about it - do it!

I was struggling to navigate the website to open a new ISA. I called the online customer service and spoke to a very nice chap called Simon. Excellent customer service

I rang for some help in applying for an ISA online. SIMON M. was my saviour. After a long time struggling to navigate the online process myself, Simon took me through every step, page by page.
