One star is one too many!

It was a nightmare trying to get through to the call centre with continuous ringing, no offer of coming to the roadside to check whether a repair could be effected (side of the M3 on a Sunday afternoon) - and was more interested in which local garage I wanted to go to when my local knowledge was minimal, they cut me off even though I had agreed to pay to get home. When I eventually got through again they said they had phoned around and there was no one to take me home for payment, I had called the police who recommended a garage but when they (the policeman with me) spoke to the operator he told them to get off the line as it was for emergencies!!!!! So a single woman on the side of the M3 for about three hours is not an emergency in their eyes. Reviewed on: 21st August 2025
