My lucky Budda.

I will say Budda. Natalie has been my Budda twice. She is my lucky Budda, when you can't get help and exhausted trying with money, she comes along and you rub her head and you receive a loan, honestly Natalie my Budda, the forks are all lovely also, I'm not a psycho either just grateful Reviewed on: 18th June 2026

The people on phone actually listen, they understand...

The people on phone actually listen, they understand your struggles and they help you. They are not robots, they don't dismiss you or know you down more, hence why many people go to credit union because they need help with cost of living or to feed kids or to pay for care needs, I am this person, I worked 27 years full time and lone parent and low income in law and with 2 disabilities, I got no benefits due to council error, I became bedbound in 2024 on SSP, I was denied help from council/employer/HMRC/HSBC/NHS/ I lost career in law and health and now on uC and paying care I can't afford and the credit union was the only place I was given help and hope. Sick in turkey - I thought I was dying

I got sick when I was away in turkey and thought I was dying, I was covered with insurance and I paid myself so I could get back to my son and claimed money back, the person in hospital called them and they were great speaking to me and telling me not to worry, I could of waited untill they paid but I was to eager to get back to my son i i had left with my family, my son also broke his iPhone on holiday as it got wet (boys) I paid to get it fixed and I received a refund from insurance, I am so thankful I got this insurance because I thought I was dying but it was sunburn that made me start to vomit and dioreah, if I could have private insurance at home I would I was right as rain in 24 hours Reviewed on: 23rd August 2025
