Review of the HSBC, Home Insurance:

GREAT COVER GREAT PRICE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been insured with HSBC home and buildings insurance for a few months now. I included Home Emergency cover on to the policy. Last week I had a problem with my Boiler, I phone Home Emergency cover and they came out the following day and fixed the problem, The service was excellent and I couldn't fault the service I received. Today an employee of HMBC phone me to check is I was happy with the fix on the boiler and was it still working ok. Customer Service WOW I thought it had gone out of fashion, but No HMBC have proved me wrong. The service I have received is Excellent, Hope it continues that way. The premium I was charged was the lowest quote I had and I have had a HMBC bank account in the past so I know they are a reputable Company. The cover they give on the Buildings and Contents cover is very good and it is explained so it can be understood. I worked in insurance for 30 years before I retired and I have dealt with a few Insurance Companies in my time but never had as good customer service as HMBC Hope it continues to be that way.
