I wouldn’t wasted your money here.

I wouldn’t wasted your money here. My daughter had a nasty ear infection, I sent all paperwork off immediately and they still wanted more and more evidence about our holiday. When I ring to talk to somebody they won’t even speak to me because my partner is lead passenger on the actual holiday despite my name on travel insurance. They ask for everything via email but you email them and it gets undelivered and sent back because their mailbox is full. My sister in law had same problem with her little boy and was with aviva who has for no evidence and paid out in 3 days. I’m still waiting on money weeks later. Furious.
