Fully recovered costs, no fuss at all

Last year our flight to our destination was cancelled, with the next flight only going a few days later. Thus we had to cancel the entire holiday. The TravelInsuranceSaver agent was very helpful, told us to try to recover what we could and come back when done. We could not recover any of the accommodation costs. Came back to TravelInsuranceSaver, provided the documents supporting the claim, and got every single penny (minus the excess) back. The entire process was as smooth as it could be. Thanks a lot.
