Very helpful staff

Very helpful staff who answered promptly, so not too long on hold. Clear in their explanations and efficient over the phone. However, the overall experience once you've paid your premium gets a bit crazy with the sheer number of emails sent. 10 emails later for the one insurance product, therefore 10 emails I have to forward to my son for his information as the policy holder (I am the nominated person, who has paid and will be providing the car!) - he is 17...he doesn't need 10 emails! Also the first email says to access the policy via a link which when we go into it, asks for username and password, but the link to set a password (in another email!) doesn't work, so we will have to ring customer services tomorrow!
