Nick Thornton - a pleasure to deal with

Nick Thornton is a pure pleasure to deal with. He offers a very personal service and nothing is too much trouble. He is efficient, thorough and responds quickly. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him. He's a breath of fresh air in this world of call centres, and a credit to the Bath Building Society.
