Review of the Everyday Loans, Personal Loan:

Friendly, helpful people

I originally spoke to everyday loans back in 2016 as I was getting married, and of course marriage doesn’t come cheap!!! I went in to the Bexleyheath branch and spoke to some lovely people who, short of bending over backwards, couldn’t do enough to help me. They were very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and great to chat to. Roughly a year later I spoke to the the people at everyday loans about a top up. I had just passed my category A motorcycle test and was in the market for a new bike. The people at everyday loans once again helped me out and a few days later I was cruising around on a brand new Yamaha dragstar. Now my loan repayments are nearing completion, looking back at the whole experience, it has been nothing short of brilliant. The repayments have never been more than I can afford and they were spread out over a timeline that really suited me so making the repayments has never been an issue. I did, at one point in early 2017, have a slight cash flow issue as I was transitioning from weekly to monthly pay but at the same time the company I worked for was being taken over by another. This situation meant I had to go without pay for around three weeks. I spoke to everyday loans about the situation and, I will admit I was expecting to be told that the repayments must be made regardless. How wrong I was. The people at everyday loans altered the repayment dates to suit my new pay schedule. This did mean a recalculation of the repayment as it was now monthly but more importantly it meant that I didn’t have to worry about missing payments. For this I cannot thank the people at everyday loans enough. I would happily recommend everyday loans to anyone and would sing the praises of the staff all day long Reviewed on: 12th April 2019
