Absolutely, the worst insurance company in the world!

A dustcart hit my parked, stationary car on 15 August 2014 (almost a year to the day). Heavily pregnant (I went into labour that evening), trying to sort out my claim and a hire car, the service I received was totally incompetent. To this day, I am still trying to retrieve my £250 excess. 50 plus telephone calls, at least 20 emails and facebook messages, and I am still no further. I did at one point think it was sorted when I received a cheque, however, after banking this cheque it bounced!! No apolgies, no reasoning nothing!! Disgusting service, not even worth the 1 star.
