Very disappointed with two aspects of this insurance...

Very disappointed with two aspects of this insurance from Sainsbury’s (Davies Group). Firstly we lodged a claim for accidental damage to our TV over a month ago and had to chase this twice. The new for old policy is worthless. We were offered far less than the cost of the original TV, making the claim almost a waste of time after excess deductions. To make matters worse, we were offered I new quote for buildings and contents insurance to continue with Sainsbury’s at nearly double the cost to the previous year (from £650.92 up to £1087.08!).
