Collingwood’s telephone operator (Michelle) was extremely helpful. Happy to explain technical details as and when so they were more understandable!! I didn’t feel rushed but more informed as the conversation progressed. The process of choosing car insurance can be stressful with all the terms and conditions usually but this time things were explained when needed. You felt you were talking to a real person!!
