Excellent customer service, particularly from Zoe

I've been a Saffron customer for around three years and I find dealing with Saffron to be pleasant and straightforward. They answer the phone far more promptly than any other company I've had reason to call. Their customer-facing employees are friendly, helpful and professional. I've called them on several occasions, most recently when I had some issues (entirely my own fault) while trying to transfer some money out of my Saffron account. I called Saffron and spoke to Zoe, who provided excellent service, above and beyond anything I've experienced from any other company, resolving my issues quickly and efficiently.
