You will require counselling- best of Luck

To open a online business account with co op bank you have to go through the website and an app called HIB you will be asked over 10 security questions You will have to remember over 5 different pass codes You will have to wait 2 weeks for a token to arrive in the post You will require an iPhone and a laptop You will need to spend 8 hours on the phone to technical support that will not be much help You will NOT be successful You will require counselling and possibly psychotherapy at the end of this process- Best of Luck Reviewed on: 5th September 2025
