Zero customer service

Just opened a business account (quite an ideal in itself) and just received payment of our first invoice. Very exciting. We tried to make a payment only to find HSBC have frozen our account. Apparently they are complying with their legal obligations. What does that mean for us accessing our money? Both the payee and us are UK registered companies. Of course no one from the bank has contacted us and we can not speak to a human being about why or when access to our money will be restored. Very poor service no contact and no one to speak to.
