Decisions take an extremely long time, like even for...

Decisions take an extremely long time, like even for a basic thing such as an updated mortgage offer. The Society then puts in place ridiculously draconian processes for completion such as submitting the latest payslip before completing and insisting on buildings insurance being in place.
