having my sail boat insured with GJW for two years,...

having my sail boat insured with GJW for two years, this years renewal was sixty pounds more expensive, i have had no claims and my boat is very well maintained. when i spoke to the lady she didn't have a good reason for the increase, the lady was very nice and of course its not her fault for the increase. added to this if you want pay monthly there's now interest charged. the staff are lovely but since being taken over its not so customer focused and appears more about getting more money from customers.
