Travel holiday experience

I have used flexicover for a number of years, after needing extra cover for health reasons. I have never needed to claim anything. I am undergoing investigations, which is taking so long, I called customer services to see whether I needed to pay more. I was told that I would not be covered if I had to claim for anything relating to the investigations. I wasn't happy with that really, I thought that was the reason for getting insurance and paying a higher fee. I now will go on holiday in a few weeks, knowing if I require treatment it won't be covered. I do feel fine, but it would just be my luck. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025
