Difficulty with online form

I had difficulty editing an ISA transfer form on line and spoke to Simon McCabe. He was extremely helpful and patient and talked me through the whole process. I was very impressed with his professional handling of my problem to which he found a solution. He is very competent and was courteous throughout our conversation.
