Customer loyalty obliterated.

Renewal premium increased by around 30%, with no claims having been made, and interest-free monthly payments have been discontinued. Seems to have been tied in with RIPE rebranding. Not happy, so went elsewhere for same level of cover at better price than yours last year. Surprised Premier Marinas are still recommending GJW. Reviewed on: 24th September 2025

Poor value at renewal time

Insurance renewal invite went up from £440 2024-25 to £570 2025-26; an increase of around 30%. Ridiculous. 0% interest free instalments no longer offered; poor. found better deal elsewhere for same cover; reverted to previous insurer. Reviewed on: 13th September 2025
