Dreadful experience with Santander policy

I have cancelled my policy with Santander as no help was given with our claim from a water leak.. We asked twice for an assessor to attend and assess our shower leak and had no reply on both occasions. Our plumber sent in many photos and reports on the issue also to no avail. Not impressed at all. Do not use this company. Reviewed on: 14th September 2025
