Not good customer services

I had a business current & savings accounts with Santander for years but they introduced a monthly fee this summer. I moved my accounts, asked to transfer all remaining moneys to my new account but they sent me a cheque instead. They can't even follow instruction! Reviewed on: 15th September 2025
