Poor customer service

I am unable to contact them by telephone as it is a long wait. I am 82 and need help to log in to my account. I have emailed so hope for the best Reviewed on: 15th September 2025

We understand that our phone lines have been particularly busy, and we're doing everything we can to assist our customers as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We do offer a call-back service which is especially useful for times when we are busy so that customers don’t have to wait on the line. This facility retains your place in the queue which means that your call-back request is automatically sent to an agent who will make a call out to you, and you don’t have to wait on the phone for your call to be answered.
