Customer Service team are great

Customer service team are great and really help. but what to be are in mind. The legal support is a complete con. They hand you over to no win no fee solicitors with no experience with cycling claims. They closed my claim even with the perpetrator pleading guilty in traffic courts. Laka choose to stick by their chosen legal advice. So I would say this is a grey area for Laka. Reviewed on: 16th September 2025
