Brilliant customer service

Called to update my address after moving house. First representative was super nice and helpful, updated my address and arranged for me to call back and pay the £35 update fee anytime within 30 days. When I called back I was met with another kind representative who offered me help and sent out a free guide to help me with my theory exam Reviewed on: 17th September 2025
