Possibly the wordt customer service in the industry?

Complete waste of time- very poor customer service made only worse by the useless "Cora" . All contact avenues seem to be pushing towards their banking app (i.e. 3 hour wait to talk to an agent) which if it is anything like their online presence I'd avoid like the plague.
