Nationwide with guaranteed High Street presence

We have had our flex account for many many years. Its a free account and does exactly what we need it to, no frills, no cost. All.our pensions go in, all our bills come out direct debit.We can see our balance at a glance with the new quick app facility, and the new fraud protection where we can check if anyone from Nationwide is calling us, is so reassuring in these days of scammers. Plus the guaranteed High Street presence gives us piece of mind if we need help with anything. Our savings are also with them. Nationwide all the way for us Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026

I could not have received better service from TJ. He made my day actually. A pleasure to talk to. Could not have been more helpful. After a very difficult conversation when requesting a quote from Payingtoomuch which Ive closed before, a breath of fresh air and a third cheaper for a premium policy. Whats not to love.
