Citi Gold is a joke.

Citi Gold is a joke. Account freebies are not given without a fight and charges first, that you have to spend weeks trying to reverse. Citigold call center is awful, and not worth the time. If you get assigned a personal banker, don't expect them to return calls. when they do call, give it 2 weeks, your reassigned to the void. Reviewed on: 20th September 2025
