I was struggling to find travel insurance after my husband's heart attack and wasn't entirely sure I had entered all the correct information on line. So I rang customer service and the lady I spoke to was excellent. Showed empathy for my situation, talked me through everything and even got me a better deal. Fantastic service which really put me at ease and made sure my holiday was stress free. Reviewed on: 21st September 2025
