Dreadful company, DO NOT USE.

Dreadful company, DO NOT USE. Ridiculous cancellation charges even during the cooling off period. 2 days of cover amounts to £1800 charge. Telephone staff (won’t call them customer service as they have none) just repeated there’s nothing we can do.
