Friendly staff, not made to feel uncomfortable or embarrassed, quick process

I found the staff friendly and helpful. They didn't put any pressure on me to take out a loan. I was made to feel comfortable and not embarrassed about my situation. They went through my finances so they were sure I could afford the repayments. It was a quick process and the money was in my account in 24hrs. Reviewed on: 13th April 2019
