Great Claim Handling

I still remember the efficiency my claim was handled with a couple of years ago. I can't fault Ripe at all. They were very professional and speedy. There was very little stress (apart from that caused by the caravan manufacturer and my dealer being poor and slow communicators, which caused me to choose the repairer recommended by Ripe - I should have done this initially to save myself anxiety). Once it was 100% in Ripe's capable hands everything went quickly and smoothly. Reviewed on: 17th July 2026

Claim Handling Very Swift and Professional.

I had a claim last year which was handled swiftly and successfully. Very professional company. I renewed my insurance with this provider when the time came despite it being slightly higher (which I expected) as I'd had such good service from them. Reviewed on: 24th September 2025
