Review for Sophia Nuttall

This review is for Sophia Nuttall who has been dealing with, and resolved, my ongoing issues with the Saffron app which is a nightmare I might add. I have been unable to access my accounts via the app for 6 weeks!! Sophia was my first point of contact when I called. She has been extremely professional, consistent and thorough, throughout the duration of my ongoing issues. Sophia has repeatedly called me with updates, dealt with two forms of compensation and remained calm and caring when I was becoming frustrated at not being able to access my accounts. Sophia is an asset to Saffron and one of the best customer service advisors I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I will be emailing her Manager separately with a more detailed review, but in the meantime, I would ask this review be shown to Sophia so she is aware of how much I appreciated her support and assistance during these past few weeks.
